Miluo Longzhou Alunminium Co., Ltd. Is a tap enterprise specialized in making alloy aluminium in Miluo Industrial Park, Hunan, China. The co***ny was registered and established in April 2006. The register capital is RMB60 million.
The co***ny inported high-tech enviornmental casting alloy aluminium equipment and technology from Almex USA Inc., and set up a 50kt/a recycling alloy aluminium billet production line, which will produce 6000 serial, 7000serial and 2000 serial of diameter 152mm, 178mm, 254mm extrusion aluminium alloy billets and will keep its advancement in the following 20-30 years. The whole production line has high level of automatic controll, low rate of metal burn-out and high rate of end products. Its Liquid Aluminium Refining Technology (LARS) and D. C Casting Tehnology have gained US patents. The patent numbers individually are Pat. No., 5, 846, 841 and Pat. No. 6, 491, 087. The alloy billets manufactured by this technology and process will be used in architecture decoration use aluminium profile industry, and traffic, mechinary, electron, aero***ce, military, etc. Industrial profile and special aluminium profile industries.
The co***ny has invested RMB138 million to the project, 106 million among which is the fixed capital, 32 million is the liquid capital. The project occupies an area of 182mu, which is devided into living area, production area and the subsequent construction area. Production area includs the office buliding, main plant, meterial loadometer room, sorting room and finished product storeroom, etc. The main equipment includs melting furnace, LARS system, ceramic foam filter, D. C. Casting system, homogenization furnace, metal level control system calibrated by laser. The project is going to be finished and put into production in December 2007.
